Blair Remy led the design effort for a Planning Charrette Report, leading to the full design of a 175,422 SF facility collocating several Flying Training Squadrons and several other operations. Additional spaces within the facility include a 550-seat auditorium, which also serves as a storm shelter for the facility’s occupants, and a café for pilot students.
